Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fucking Fast File Drive ("the Service"), operated by Absurd Technologies ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Fucking Fast File Drive is a cloud storage service that allows you to upload, store, organize, stream, and share files. The Service includes features such as tag-based organization, media playback, playlists, AI image generation, and global content delivery.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before discontinuing core features or the Service entirely.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as needed. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service to store, organize, and share your personal files in accordance with your subscription plan. You may share files with others via public links or by granting access.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, store, or share content that: (a) violates any law or regulation; (b) infringes on intellectual property rights of others; (c) contains malware, viruses, or malicious code; (d) constitutes child sexual abuse material; (e) promotes terrorism or violent extremism; (f) is defamatory, harassing, or threatens others.

Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure; (c) use automated tools to access the Service without permission; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization; (e) circumvent storage limits or usage restrictions; (f) use the Service for illegal file sharing or piracy.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may report illegal content to law enforcement authorities. We are not obligated to monitor content but may do so to enforce these terms.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.

Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Absurd Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Images generated using our AI features are created based on your prompts. You retain rights to use AI-generated images subject to the limitations of the underlying AI model licenses. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.

DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to dmca@fuckingfast.io with the required information. We will remove infringing content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Subscription Plans

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans differ in storage capacity and features. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or after the 14-day window except as required by law.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the renewal date.

Account Suspension

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again and notify you. Continued payment failure may result in account suspension. Suspended accounts cannot upload new files but may download existing files for 30 days.

Storage Limits

Your storage capacity is determined by your subscription plan. If you exceed your storage limit, you will not be able to upload new files until you delete existing files or upgrade your plan.

Data Retention

We will store your files for as long as your account is active and in good standing. If you delete your account or it is terminated, your files will be deleted within 30 days. We recommend downloading your files before closing your account.

Backups

While we maintain redundant storage and backups for disaster recovery, the Service is not a backup solution. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important files.

Data Portability

You can download your files at any time. We do not impose download limits for your own files. Exported data is provided in its original format.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

The Service integrates with third-party services (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, AI models). These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except as they relate directly to the Service we provide.

Service Availability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE MAY EXPERIENCE DOWNTIME FOR MAINTENANCE, UPDATES, OR UNFORESEEN ISSUES.

No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Data Loss

WHILE WE IMPLEMENT INDUSTRY-STANDARD SECURITY AND REDUNDANCY MEASURES, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST DATA LOSS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING BACKUPS OF YOUR IMPORTANT FILES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABSURD TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absurd Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) content you upload to the Service.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your files will be deleted per our retention policy.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide notice when possible and allow you to download your files before termination, unless immediate action is required to protect the Service or comply with law.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@fuckingfast.io to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved without formal proceedings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Absurd Technologies regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
